How do I register on Onlinerishtay.com matrimonial?
Registering with Onlinerishtay.com is easy and only takes 5 minute. All you have to do is to fill in all the required information in our REGISTRATION FORM and complete all the steps as accurately as possible and then click the CONTINUE or SUBMIT button at the end. Once you submit your profile you become the latest member of our international community. However, we will need a little time to screen the information given by you and your profile can be viewed by other members of Onlinerishtay.com 24 hours after you have registered.
How to change/edit the information on my profile?
With the help of your Control Panel you can change and update your profile. In your control panel on the left hand side of the page there is a link of modify profile, with the help of that edit your profile according to the instructions provided and click the Submit button at the end of the form. Your profile will be edited and updated and made available to all members.
I forgot my Password/Username. What should I do?
In case you forget your password go to the following link,
Fill in your onlinerishtay ID or the E-mail ID and submit the page. Your onlinerishtay ID and Password will be e-mailed to you.
How can I change my password?
It’s easy to change your password and you can change it anytime you want to, just login to your Control Panel click to modify profile, change the desired password and update. A confirmation mail of your Password will be emailed to you.
How do I put my photo online?
To add your photo to your profile online, follow the following steps:
Log on to the My Account page and under “My Profile” on the left hand corner of the page, go to “Upload Photo”
Click on that and you will be logged on to the Upload photo
• Click the BROWSE button and select the photo file from your computer.
• Make sure the photo file is not more than 500 kb in size.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Upload Image button.
Once you upload your photo it will go into 'Screening'. The photograph will be screened and optimized by us after that it will 'GO LIVE'. This process generally requires between 24 - 48 hours.

How many pictures could I upload?
You could attach 1 photos (in JPG or GIF format) in your profile free of charge.
What are the payment options available?

Can I skip any fields on the registration form while creating my profile?
While creating your profile the required fields are indicated by a * next to the field. You cannot skip these fields. Any other fields are optional and can be filled later on.
